We build efficient affordable custom servers that function very well as basic file and print servers, and models that operate exceptionally well as Mail Servers or Database Servers. We connect you directly to the Internet, providing access via modem, ISDN, ADSL, Frame Relay, or private line. Interlink provides customized service options tailored to you or your company's Internet access requirements. We have designed our network, products, and customer service to meet all needs, from an individual on a home computer to a 14,000 employee international organization, from speeds of 2,400 baud to T3 and beyond.
Interlink can tailor a technical support program suited to your budget and needs. Support can be provided on an hourly basis, incident basis, contract basis by day or block time basis. The rates listed below are standard rates only. - ON SITE
Hourly technical support is $95.00 per hour for general technical support and $135.00 for certified engineers (Cisco, 3-COM, Adtran). There is a one hour minimum and service covers all SCHEDULED maintenance, installations, upgrades, or repairs.
- IN SHOP
Our hourly in-shop repair fee is $60.00 per hour and does not include pick-up or delivery. Pickup and delivery rates are $25.00/hour.
- TELEPHONE SUPPORT
Our telephone support carries a minimum charge of $25.00 per incident (up to 20 minutes). After 20 minutes we charge our standard hourly rate of $75/hr during our normal business hours (8am-6pm, Monday-Friday). All calls received outside normal business hours will follow the Emergency Services pricing plan.
Our premises wiring base price is set at $120.00 per drop (One drop is one terminated RJ-45 CAT5 wall jack to wiring closet connection). If you need multiple jacks per wall plate we add $20.00 for each connection*. This does not include any time for configuration of Network Setup including hubs, switches, network cards, or Internet Connectivity. For example:
- 1 Wall Plate/1 Jacks = $120.00 (configuration at standard hourly rates)
- 1 Wall Plate/4 Jacks = $180.00 (configuration at standard hourly rates)
*There may be additional charges for each unforseen obstacle in premises construction that must be dealt with, depending upon severity.
Emergency Technical Support/Repair Pricing
- ON SITE
Emergency Technical Support or Repair time is considered to be anything outside of our normal business hours of 8am-6pm, Monday-Friday. During this time period billing rates are $250.00/hour, INCLUDING TRAVEL. Minimum charge of 2 hours.
- TELEPHONE SUPPORT
Our Emergency Telephone Technical Support is considered to be any calls received outside of our normal business hours of 8am-6pm, Monday-Friday. During this time period the rate is $50.00/call. After one hour our rates will be applied at $50.00/30 minutes, in 30 minute increments.
