Many of Interlink's customers employ between 3 to 50 people but can't afford a full time IT Manager or Computer Specialist. Our clientele is comprised of VERY satisfied business managers who appreciate the fact that they can have a network of computers that run efficiently and inexpensively without the need for a full time IT Manager or Computer Specialist; an employee that could cost upwards of $40,000 - $80,000 (not to mention benefits and other perks).

We can accommodate all of your needs including premises telephony and network wiring, software and hardware purchases, and complete network design starting with a single computer all the way to multiple server environments.

Network Equipment

• Servers
  We build efficient affordable custom servers that function very well as basic file and print servers, and models that operate exceptionally well as Mail Servers or Database Servers. We can also add or remove many options to fit your exact requirements should these systems not entirely fit your needs.
• Premise Wiring (Telephone and Ethernet)
  Our premise wiring can include the design of Switches, Hubs, Routers, Patch Bays, PBX systems, and/or any Modems that may be needed.
• Network Appliances
  We support, install, and train you how to use many types of network appliances including printers (all types), Data Storage, and Data Backup appliances that attach directly to your network.

Network Software

We pride ourselves in the ability to support, install, or upgrade a wide range of Operating Systems and Applications Software to create very stable solutions for our clients. Our Software services encompass virtually all Microsoft software, Linux, HP, and SCO-Unix, Virus protection, Database, and mail services such as Exchange Server, Internet, Web Services and Statistics, and we even offer 24/7 Monitoring for Network Reliability.

Desktop Services

The base of a well functioning network begins with quality workstations that are designed to keep your employees productive. Without good quality desktop equipment and support all the money spent in the "server room" will be wasted. We offer all aspects of Desktop repair, upgrade, installation, and remote connectivity. We also design and sell computers that are proven, reliable, and affordable. We also offer desktop consulting services to ensure you get the right equipment for your needs. Internet Connectivity

Interlink is committed to offering the highest level of Internet access and customer service available. We connect you directly to the Internet, providing access via modem, ISDN, ADSL, Frame Relay, or private line. Interlink provides customized service options tailored to you or your company's Internet access requirements. We have designed our network, products, and customer service to meet all needs, from an individual on a home computer to a 14,000 employee international organization, from speeds of 2,400 baud to T3 and beyond.

Technical Support

Interlink can tailor a technical support program suited to your budget and needs. Support can be provided on an hourly basis, incident basis, contract basis by day or block time basis. The rates listed below are standard rates only. Standard Rates

• ON SITE

Hourly technical support is $95.00 per hour for general technical support and $135.00 for certified engineers (Cisco, 3-COM, Adtran). There is a one hour minimum and service covers all SCHEDULED maintenance, installations, upgrades, or repairs.

• IN SHOP

Our hourly in-shop repair fee is $60.00 per hour and does not include pick-up or delivery. Pickup and delivery rates are $25.00/hour.

• TELEPHONE SUPPORT

Our telephone support carries a minimum charge of $25.00 per incident (up to 20 minutes). After 20 minutes we charge our standard hourly rate of $75/hr during our normal business hours (8am-6pm, Monday-Friday). All calls received outside normal business hours will follow the Emergency Services pricing plan.

Premises Wiring

Our premises wiring base price is set at $120.00 per drop (One drop is one terminated RJ-45 CAT5 wall jack to wiring closet connection). If you need multiple jacks per wall plate we add $20.00 for each connection*. This does not include any time for configuration of Network Setup including hubs, switches, network cards, or Internet Connectivity. For example:

• 1 Wall Plate/1 Jacks = $120.00 (configuration at standard hourly rates)
  
• 1 Wall Plate/4 Jacks = $180.00 (configuration at standard hourly rates)
  

*There may be additional charges for each unforseen obstacle in premises construction that must be dealt with, depending upon severity.

Emergency Technical Support/Repair Pricing

• ON SITE

Emergency Technical Support or Repair time is considered to be anything outside of our normal business hours of 8am-6pm, Monday-Friday. During this time period billing rates are $250.00/hour, INCLUDING TRAVEL. Minimum charge of 2 hours.

• TELEPHONE SUPPORT

Our Emergency Telephone Technical Support is considered to be any calls received outside of our normal business hours of 8am-6pm, Monday-Friday. During this time period the rate is $50.00/call. After one hour our rates will be applied at $50.00/30 minutes, in 30 minute increments.
