Interlink is a multi-faceted company providing turn-key technology solutions to a broad and diverse customer base. Although we provide network engineering services to a wide range of clientele, Interlink is also consulted with on numerous strategic deployments including VOIP technologies, WAN, and LAN implantations sometimes helping clients to build and spec infrastructure needs for companies looking to provide RFP documentation for outsourcing services. Interlink often handles project management services focused on vendor coordination, as well as design and build strategies.
Interlink provides network support services from both our Elkhart corporate and South Bend satellite technology offices where we employ 17 full time support professionals consisting of network architects, network engineers, database administrators, and support technicians. Supporting this strong technical team is a network of 11 additional staff members including programmers, trainers, technical writers, part-time network engineers, web developers, service personnel, and administrative/management personnel. Interlink also maintains a deep partner network including local training centers, engineering consultants, telephony carriers, specialty application support vendors, structured cable contractors, and hardware/software manufactures.
All field and project technicians are backed by a strong engineering team including network architects, specialty application support partners, local training center partners, and manufacture network.
